| Principal Audience | This guidance note forms part of a suite of four guidance notes which are designed to help operators through the process of conducting a formal safety assessment in support of the evidence that risks are reduced to a level that is ALARP. These guidance notes will be of use to those with responsibility for planning and developing the facility safety case, and those involved in ongoing risk management through operations and maintenance of control measure performance standards. This suite comprises the following documents:
