NOPSA has become NOPSEMA

From 1 January 2012, NOPSA (National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority) expanded its responsibility for safety and well integrity to also include environmental management.

NOPSEMA (National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority) replaced NOPSA to become Australia's first single national regulator for the Australian offshore oil and gas industry from 1 January 2012.
